Summit Asbestos Testing provides state certified lead-based paint and asbestos building inspection services for residential and commercial properties in Summit, Eagle, Park, Grand, Lake, and Clear Creek Counties.
Nicole, a Colorado resident since 1993, earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She has over ten years of permitting, inspection, and environmental regulatory experience at both the local and state level. She started her environmental career working for the Denver Department of Environmental Health where she was first introduced to lead and asbestos regulations and inspections. From there, Nicole went on to work for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as a regulator specializing in environmental permitting and inspections. She has spent the bulk of her career protecting public health and the environment and knows how to navigate the permitting world. Nicole is a Colorado certified asbestos and lead-based paint building inspector.
